Greco-Roman wrestling school - for those who want to be a real man

Each parent wants his child to develop harmoniously and comprehensively: physically and mentally. For such a development, the environment that forms the personality is extremely important. The Greco-Roman wrestling school in Kiev provides an opportunity to temper the character of the child, to lay the right moral qualities, to educate a positive personality that you can be proud of.

Greco-Roman (classical) struggle originated in Ancient Greece and continued to develop during the Roman Empire. Already in the XIX century in France, Greco-Roman wrestling, as a sport, acquired modern features and in 1896 was included in the program of the Olympic Games. The task of the duel is to unbalance your opponent and press them with your shoulder blades to the carpet. It is forbidden to use grips of the feet with your hands, as well as sweeps, steps and hooks.

A successful wrestler must be flexible and strong. That is why in training, acrobatic exercises, outdoor games, strength exercises, including weightlifting, are of great importance.
